New London, 2034. @sergeant_halligan serves the Victorium Security Division in charge of protecting data tower 48 for Sceptrum; the all-encompassing social media platform run by the government and led by influencers. She begins to question her role and the weight of artificial happiness around her.

Sceptrum is my short dystopian film for my MA in Visual Communications for the Royal College of Arts. Writing, scheduling, directing, scoring, and editing a film from start to finish taught me valuable lessons about my capabilities in design and where my strengths lie within storytelling.
